Hello i am 43 year old male that uses to weight around 260lbs and had a waist of 38" i looked at my self one day and said man what happened to you so then i had started to get back into shape i was heavy into sports mostly on the coaching side Hockey and baseball, football but i had to get my self back into shape so i had started to run (which i hated to do ) the first few days i thaught that it was going to kill me i started to say just to the next telephone pole then to the next one after a few weeks the pounds where comming off and i was running up to 20km a day i started to due free wheights with running started to bike and some said why dont you due a triathlon well started to train for that and did one i lost so much weight that people where comming up and asking me if i was sick well then backed off the training started a new postion at my job and started to get out of routine and started to fall in the trap of i will do it tmwr or i will run tmwr and twmr never came went up to 230lbs pissed me off as i worked so hard to get it off . Found a Gym that was open 24 hrs so i started back i get up at 3am and in the gym by 3:30 am work out till 5 am then off to wrk .the Gym is small and has aheavy bag being a man you have to hit it and think that you are the next Rockey lol then found this web sight and read some of the articles about how intenses boxing workout is and the physical condtion and a boxer shape so i looked at the work out well how hard can this be its just hitting a bag running skipping how hard can that be well let me tell you i that i ws in shape boy ws i wrong trying to nhit a heavy bag for three min i puked!!!! my heart was comming out of my chest i was hoping that a EHS Ambulance was out side lol but i felt good after it and said ok lets give this a shot 12 weeks and transform me my wife had purchased this for me for a Christmas Gift so here we go cant return it and its the right size
