I am the owner of a newly formed Martial Arts school and am a second degree black belt from a school which trained in many martial arts. Included in that training was a lot of Boxing and Kickboxing/Muay Thai and the concepts of striking. Though not trained specifically as a Boxer, I am teaching it as a separate art in my school as part of the progression. I've wanted to dig into Boxing more on it's own, and How to Box will help me do that thanks to all the work down by Aaron.
