Excellent for basic stuffSeptember 23, 2008 Bought these to do Personal Trainnig with as a lot of my clients enjoy doing boxing as opposed to the normal gym stuff. These pads are fantastic quality (as you would expect from Golds), very comfy to put on and I specifically went for them as they have they have holes for each finger as opposed to the ones which have velcro etc.
Use these a few times a week and they're holding up well. For the price I would highly recommend as you won't find many this good quality for less!
