It does exactly what it says on the tin...its a punchbag. Quality is excellent just like in a boxing gym. Very good price too 30% cheaper than competitors. Personally I didnt opt for extra chains or wall bracket, just used 1.5 metres of rope doubled up and tied it to a rafter in the garage which does the job perfectly (and means no DIY). Ensure the rafter can take it though, the 4ft bag weights 22kg. Working out on this bag for 15 minutes is like running hard for an hour. Its a great buy. I had been a bit bored with excercise but this bag has put a bit of real enjoyment back into it. Mitts are probably necessary unless you fancy yourself as a bare-knuckle boxer!
