I have a shoulder rotator cuff injury, its not too bad in the grand scheme of things but I have a lot of shoulder pain, especially when trying to bench press or do lateral raises, I can only lift half of what I was doing before the injury.
Im just wondering if anybody has any advice? Anybody had a similar problem?
Should I work through the pain? Or should I just stick to lots of repetitions with light weights?
Is there any stretches/exercises or something I could do to help it?
Is there any substitute exercises I could do?
Should I just leave it alone and rest? Its been 4 months resting already, this is the last thing I want to do!
