hi, i'm 14 (nearly 15) and i joined How To Box and believe its a great website. i want to start boxing and become healthier and fitter. i've gone through the boxing lessons and i was wondering if i should start the workouts given in Lesson 14 and 15.
also i dont have too much time during the day so could you please tell me what i should do? should i skip some or just do half the amount of reps?

Hey JAFFA.
Whether you start with 14 and 15 entirely depends on your fitness levels.
If you're not a very active person, you could do these, but with smaller numbers and work your way up. It all depends on your fitness levels.
Dont forget, boxing is all about fitness... well almost all about :) If you are not fit, you are not going to last more than 2 rounds (Training or Fighting)
