I've Finished
Looking at my progress report,I don't see any big improvement in my photo's,but I do notice the difference when wearing shirts and pants. I have lost 1.94% body fat, when I joined how to box I was 190lbs today I'm 180.4 so I've lost 9.6lbs. I believe I have lost 4kg or 8.8lbs even though in the 10 day program the figures works out to be 6.6lbs. Who cares!! these are the facts, I love the program it works, I am sleeping better ,I feel better, I am not as tired as before,I am losing weight, and I am also fitter for it.
