I am so embarrased and ashamed at numbers and photos.

No reason

Absolutely no reason to be embarassed or ashamed...it's the people who never decide to do anything about it that should be both embarassed and ashamed. Sure, made some bad decisions to get to this point - now it's time to own up to them, decide to make the changes necessary, and head in the right direction - which you are doing. Take each workout one at a time, each meal one at a time, and revel in the success of having completed them. Make the right choice at least 51% of the time and you're going to achieve what you want (although making the right choice 90% of the time is going to make it happen sooner...)

I agree Geri, no need to be embarrassed, I was exactly the same weight about 6 months ago so I know how you feel (and yes, embarrassed is part of that)! I'm much happier with my body shape now (after a lot of hard work), so I know it can be done and you really are on the right track!! I look forward to sharing our 10 day experience together!
