My Schedule for this week
Times are estimate as they will change through out the week due a sleep disability.
Monday: 5am - Fit Test, Complete Module 1, 12am Monk Set 1, 6pm Calisthenics work
Tuesday: 5am - How To Box Session, 12am Monk Set 1, 6pm Calisthenics work
Wednesday: 5am - How To Box Session, 12am Monk Set 1, 6pm Calisthenics work
Thursday: 5am - How To Box Session, 12am Monk Set 1, 6pm Calisthenics work
Friday: 5am - How To Box Session, 12am Monk Set 1, 6pm Calisthenics work
Saturday: 12am Monk Set 1, 6pm Calisthenics work
Sunday: REST DAY 12am Monk Set 1
Monday will have fit tests each week, also whenever I feel burnt out or excessive exhaustion I will add a rest day. The schedule will change dynamically due to this. Also I plan on having a rest week for running every 4 weeks or so to prevent bone splints. Whether I do runs or not I plan on daily Monk Sets (moving Meditation) and regular calisthenics as well as 100ups to keep training.
