Bend at the waist more do not drop your right when throwing ,get your shoulder up when throwing you are wide open for a left hook, your feet are to far a part

Right Uppercut

Bending at the waist will get your body more behind that punch. Right now you're using a lot of arm. I also tend to bend my knees slightly more so I can rise with my legs and torso and at the end of that motion, I just let the momentum carry my hand to the target.

Remember your T-Frame exercise? To help exaggerate the movement so you can get a feel for it, try to do a slight T-Frame to your right, bending your right knee a little more and then explode with your legs and body weight up and into your target. Short motion for an uppercut to the body, let it carry your hand up higher for an uppercut to the chin.
