Hey, cramped is right - guess you'll be able to perfect your in-fighting :)
Ok, some things to work on:
1. Continue to be conscious of your stance/footwork. It's much better, but couple spots in there where you narrowed up again - probably because you were trying to get around the bag.
2. Circling clockwise. Picture an orthodox fighter across from you. If you go left, you walk into the path of his right hand - his power hand. It's good for southpaw fighters, but you'll encounter more orthodox boxers. You need to work on circling right more. You will circle left, of course, but it should be the exception not the rule.
3. Patterns - I have a feeling you feel more comfortable moving clockwise seeing as you did it for more than 2/3 rds of the video. That's a pattern and it makes it easy to anticipate your moves. Change it up - go left, then right, then left, left, then right, then left, etc...
4. Your elbows. Get them in tight to your body - you don't need wings.
5. Turn your body off of your opponent. You're presenting a huge target to the bag - see 0:07. You are pretty much square to the bag. You need to turn your body off about 45 degrees so your opponent has much less to aim at.
And now you have some more things to work on and think about. Don't worry - someday all this will become second nature. Boxon.
