Day before my training
So today i did the assessment test and honestly i'm exhausted after that, my legs are tired, i'm coughing, boy I'm out of shape 1300 meters and i was sweating buckets, and thats not even continuous running, i felt like giving up while running, but honestly it wasn't like i was physically that tired, i knew i could keep going. when i did stop it seemed almost like a mental thing, if i can get passed that i bet i can do better, maybe these intensive workouts Aaron has on this plan will help me break my mental block and see that i can do these things. I'm writing this right before going shopping for the groceries =P haha i'm looking forward to the workout, but i cant say much about the meal plan, i was wondering if i could edit it some, he mentions chili i'm curious, 1 how he expects us to make it, i'm a traditional cook if i make turkey chili it has to have celery and a few things that i might not be able to eat on this diet so i'm wondering.
On another note I guess i'm really going to surprise myself cause if i can keep up to an intense workout like this, i can do anything..... I'm going to reach my goals.....

Best Wishes Kirsten - you'll do great. I start my program on Monday.
There is a good turkey chili recipe at this link that you can use- http://budurl.com/turkeychilirecipe
That said, I took into account that various different recipes would be used. As long as you aren't spiking the chili with any huge calorie items like cheese or sour cream - go nuts on the veggies, beans, tomatoes, spices.
I agree the food in the mealplan isn't all that exciting. I may try and spice it up in the future, but really you need to look at food on the program as fuel. You're not eating for pleasure (with exception of Day 5), you're eating to burn fat fast. Make the sacrifice for the 10 days and you'll be happy you did.
Good work on the test -- look forward to more updates. Keep up the good work.
