DAY 9 REVIEW

Another day down. Diet was on point. Running was a long jog which was a nice break from the sprints.
Evening workout was tough. Lots of reps on tired muscles. I have to say, I missed boxing tonight.
One day left and I'm already planning out the next step. I definitely am not going back to old habits after being in this new routine. I'm excited to wake up and attack Day 10. I want to finish strong...
