FINISHED...
Diet, workout and running all good. Sorry this is so short, but I'm tired and need to go to bed. I plan on doing a progress report and adding pictures in the morning. I will follow up with a blog, report, or whatever Aaron wants to get my feedback on the program as a whole.
Aaron, thanks for the program and the opportunity. I can't wait to keep boxing.
