Each Day:

Wake 6:00
Morning Running: 6:15
Meal 1: 7:15
Leave for Work: 8:00
Meal 2: 9:30
Meal 3: 12:30
Meal 4: 3:30
Evening Boxing: 6:00
Meal 5: 7:30
Meal 6: 9:30
Bed at 11:00

I will plan my meals for the next day before bed each night.
