3 Step Day 6-7-8
Stiff quads and calves on day 6 probably from the previous day's skip intervals and the last lot of squats but managed the 500 lunges OK. Day 7 - Again had to do the second workout within a few hours of the first due to late work shift but the fatigue compared with the first couple of times was not nearly as bad. Today had day off work so could relax between workouts and do the boxing in the evening. Can feel I'm definitely stronger than a few days ago and can fit my jeans better than before but this morning I woke up feeling a bit sluggish and disappointed in my progress. I'd eaten way too late last night after work (about 10pm) so was glad to get back into the running which for me seems to be making the difference.
