10 Days 9.5 pounds.
So I completed my 10 days of training and following the meal plan. Well, probably more like 10 days of training, and 8 days of following the meal plan. Let's just say that I had a couple of days where I slipped in a brownie or two. That said, I'm very happy with my results from the program. I went from 211.5 lbs down to 202 lbs, and from over 17% body fat down to below 15%.
The biggest factor for me has to be all of the road work. It's definitely an area that I've neglected. I've always done bag work, shaddow boxing and rope skipping, but I've always disliked running and I don't do it. But, having the different running programs that are a part of the 10 day program made it interesting for me, and I think that I'll be able to stick to it.
I do have to say that I missed doing the normal strength training that I do as part of my workout routine. Now that I'm done the 10 day program, I'll be incorporating that back into my training routine.
