Update: What's happened in the last 5 days

Hi all, things haven't really gone to plan, ie
Day 1- Tight hamstring, hands abit sore.
Day 2- Am session I've been substitute running/jogging with cycling and rowing no trouble with Pm session, quite enjoying it.
Day 3- Pm session I found hard, so did my legs and chest the next day.
Day 5- I'm finding it hard to eat all the food,but as you can see by my results the only way is down yahoo!
Day 6 & 7- I'm not working so I should be able to get right into it.
I will report back on day 8 and 10, we will see how we go!
