This really works...
Lastnight i started practicing preemption because i had never used it in sparring before and wanted to test it out. And i was sparring with this guy who was slightly taller then me and because he was bigger and had more reach i had to move out the way more then he would and because he knew he could reach me more then i could rech him he took advantage of that and kept throwing constant punches that were just wasting energy an not connecting and the i started spotting some of the above such as heavy breathing, rotating hips and when i saw he was tired i just focused on his hips and as soon as they turned in i landed a quick jab to the face and eventaully he ended up with a bloody nose and was absoloutley exhausted.
