after my last post things have changed. Got a new job and added responsiblites that have gotten in my way of training. Starting back again,run tomorrow morning. Thanks for all the emails

Just starting my long journey into the art of boxing.
Right now, I am pretty skinny and developing a small gut. I definitely am going to get rid of it and have a pair of hard 6-pack abs.
Startin' Now
I joined on the 7th of January and lost track of time and forgot about joining this site, especially being a full-time student in college and a job that has me working late nights to early mornings with little sleep in between. As the last couple weeks have gone by, I started reading some of the emails I have been sent and wanted to restart this and keep with it. I have gotten into a groove with my schedule and have found time to exercise and begin boxing at a more serious level.

Aaron's dedication to the sport is fully realized in this website. True passion is always recognized by people willing to pass on thier Knowledge and try to further that which they love.
Even for me, someone who at 49 is developing a love for the sport. How, get this, from playing EA's FIght Night boxing game for the last few releases. Laughable I know, but intrest and inspiration do come from strange places.

Help with a Schedule Please!
Hey Everyone,
I am new to the site and am working on creating a meal schedule. Currently I work Friday night from 9pm to 7am then on Saturday/Sunday/Monday from 5pm to 3am...with random order-in hours inbetween. (I dispatch for police/fire/ems) I try to keep to the evening hours for work so that I sleep in a somewhat regular pattern. What kind of time table would you suggest? I am open to almost anything. Thanks in advise for the consideration and the help!
